Tom Lister

Tom retired from his career as an attorney in 2008 and currently serves as counsel to Fitzpatrick, Skemp & Butler, LLC and as a Reserve Judge for the Wisconsin 7th Circuit Court. During his nearly 40 years as an attorney, he concentrated his trial practice in the representation of seriously injured persons in and around Black River Falls, WI. During this time, he also performed considerable service for his community of Black River Falls. This included such things as working with the Black River Recreation Association, the Black River Falls Rotary Club, the Wazee Park Commission, and more.
